After submitting your EOI, you’ll enter the pool of applicants, and states will select candidates for nomination.
Once nominated, you will be invited to apply for the visa. Some states may require you to submit your application within 14 days of receiving the invitation. Upon state approval, you’ll have 60 days to submit your full application for the 190 visa.
